• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the
next working business day.
• During peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing
may require additional time. Customers will be notified in such instances.

To protect against fraudulent activity, we may contact you to confirm payment or
shipping details before proceeding with order fulfillment. Failure to respond may
result in a delay or cancellation of your order.

conditions, public holidays, courier availability, or destination-specific challenges.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
o Product weight and dimensions
o Delivery location
o Selected shipping method
• All applicable shipping fees are clearly disclosed at checkout before
payment.
• Free standard shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified
value, as per ongoing promotions. Such thresholds will be advertised clearly
on our website.
4. Packaging and Handling
• All perfumes are handled with care and securely packaged using industry-
standard protective materials to minimize the risk of breakage or leakage.
• Each package is sealed and labeled in compliance with regulations governing
the transport of flammable liquids (e.g., alcohol-based fragrances).
• Premium gift packaging may be availed at an additional charge, which can
be selected during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping
confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number.
• You may track your order directly on the courier’s website using this number.
Alternatively, you may check the status under “My Orders” on your account
page.
6. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship across India and to select international destinations. The
full list of serviceable areas is available during the checkout process.
• Due to regulatory and courier restrictions regarding flammable goods:
o Certain PIN codes, remote locations, or restricted zones may be non-
serviceable
o Delivery to PO boxes or military areas may be declined
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be fulfilled due to
shipping restrictions.
7. Delivery Issues
A. Delays
• While we endeavor to ensure prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays
caused by third-party courier companies, customs clearance, natural
disasters, or force majeure events.
• In case of a significant delay, you are encouraged to contact our customer
service for support.
B. Damaged or Missing Shipments
• If your package arrives visibly damaged or if an item is missing, report the
issue within 48 hours of receipt by emailing or contacting
Care@rareduft.com/ with:
o Order number
o Photographs of the package and product
o Description of the issue
• Upon verification, we will initiate a refund, replacement, or store credit as per
our Return Policy.
C. Incorrect Shipping Details
• You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping
information.
• If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept
delivery, or absence of the recipient, reshipping may require payment of
additional charges.
8. International Shipping
A. Availability
• International shipping is available to selected countries. You may check
availability during checkout.
• International orders are shipped via reputed carriers with tracking capabilities.
B. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are not included in the
product price or shipping cost.
• These fees, if applicable, are borne by the recipient upon delivery and vary
by destination country.
• REVELLON LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any delays
due to customs inspection or payment of local import charges.
C. Delivery Timeline
• International deliveries typically take 7–21 business days, depending on the
destination and customs processing time.
• We are not responsible for courier or customs-related delays beyond our
control.
9. Order Cancellations and Modifications
• Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are shipped. To
cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at Care@rareduft.com/
with your order number.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow our
Return Policy upon receiving the product.
10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
• An incorrect shipping address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal by the recipient
• Unclaimed package at the courier facility
We will contact you via email or phone to attempt re-delivery. Re-delivery will only be
attempted after the customer pays the applicable re-shipping charges.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers
• Lost shipments after confirmed delivery by the courier
• Damages arising from incorrect shipping addresses or unauthorized recipients
• Customs confiscations, delays, or additional duties imposed by importing
countries
All risk of loss passes to you upon our handover of the package to the shipping
carrier.
